FRANK HILGENBERG                             Florida Barter

Attended the University Of Wisconsin majoring in Theater Arts & Administration. Frank has worked with Florida Barter since its second month, 11/82. He has performed the role of sales executive averaging over 9 sales/month, with close to 600 active members trading today. He also helps with brokering whenever demanded. Frank is also involved with nonprofit theater & enjoys golfing & travel when time permits.

Client of Florida Barter (formerly The EXchange) from 1982-1995. Began working in Sales at Florida Barter in 1995-1999. From 1999-2005 brokering at Florida Barter. Currently working as a Certified Trade Broker, specializing in customer satisfaction. Hobbies: tennis and fishing.

JULIE PHILLIPS                                                         Florida Barter

Attended the University of Nevada. She has been with Florida Barter for 3 years, started as a receptionist and is now a Certified Trade Broker. Hobbies include: gardening, tennis, and is a new fan of the Orlando Magic.

JOYCE BINGMAN                                              Florida Barter

Manages the Travel Department for Florida Barter and handles all of the reciprocal business. A transplanted Iowan she joined The EXchange, now known as Florida Barter, in 1995 and just recently celebrated her 10 year anniversary. During this time, the Travel Department has experienced record growth year after year and has been instrumental in Florida Barter consistently ranking as a Top Producer in the Barter Industry. Joyce's leisure time is filled with family activities, gourmet cooking, and weekend art shows and events.

STEPHEN ACERRA                                               Florida Barter

Steve is a graduate of the Master's program from the Crummer Business School and the Supervisory Leadership Program at Rollins College. Steve has been with Florida Barter for seven years and has successfully acquired Trade Broker Certification (CTB). He has been invited to moderate sessions associated with the Best Practices for Superior Trade Brokering. As Branch Manager, Steve administrates the day-to-day operation of Florida Barter. Steve is a motorcycle enthusiast, enjoys auto racing and physical fitness.
