JOHN STRABLEY Co-Chief Operating Officer IMS New Berlin, WI

John E. Strabley, Jr. has been the Executive Vice President and a director of International Monetary Systems since 1997. Mr. Strabley joined IMS as a trade broker in 1991. In 1992, he was promoted to General Manager, and in August of that year was appointed as Vice President of IMS. In 1995, Mr. Strabley passed the barter industry certification examination and was awarded with one of the industry's highest designations of CTB - Certified Trade Broker. In 1997, Mr. Strabley was named Executive Vice President of our company and became a director.

DALE MARDAK     Co-Chief Operating Officer IMS New Berlin, WI

Dale Mardak joined International Monetary Systems in 1993 as a trade broker and was appointed Senior Vice President in 1997. In 1999 he received the designation of CTB and in 2004, became the Secretary of NATE. Dale has been married to Lisa for 26 years and enjoys boating, golf and family. Prior to barter Dale spent 9 years in boat sales.

STEVE LAMP                V.P. & Branch Manager, IMS New Berlin, WI

Steve Lamp is IMS Vice President & Branch Manager in Milwaukee WI. Steve has been with IMS's corporate office since 1995 and is the Vice President in charge of the day-to-day operations for the Madison & Milwaukee/S.E. WI regions. He is a Senior Broker with his (CTB) Certified Trade Broker degree and has a bachelors degree in communications and business from the University of Oshkosh. He also has an extensive background in radio and TV. Steve has lived in the Milwaukee Metro area for most of his life and is married and has two beautiful daughters.

JIM SHANNON                   Branch Manager IMS North Chicago, IL

Jim Shannon¹s life in barter started after graduating with a degree in hotel and restaurant management. He worked and managed several restaurants where he became a member of Midwest Trade Exchange. Jim¹s belief in barter is what made him decide to take up a career with the trade exchange in March of 1991. Jim¹s enthusiasm about barter rubs off on most of the people he meets.

ALDENA GARRETT  Senior Trade Broker, IMS Rohnert Part, CA

At the close of 2003 Aldena put up some barter volume never seen in the history of IMS. Her client base in Sonoma County spent like they were Brittany Spears at a Fredrick¹s of Hollywood and sold more product than a hot dog vendor at a baseball game. It¹s that relationship between client and broker that sets her apart.

REBECCA LUCAS                Trade Broker IMS North Chicago, IL

Rebecca came to IMS in March of 2002 as an aspiring sales rep, but after 3 months on the job she found her calling as a broker. “It’s not that I didn’t like sales, I just wanted more time with my old friend Aldena. We grew up together.” Rebecca has assisted hundreds of clients in the Silicon Valley area. While studying American History at Sonoma State, Rebecca married Greg Lucas, VP of Gilco Distributors, an 18-year trade member.

PAUL GARRETT                Branch Manager, IMS Rohnert Park, CA

In June of 1995, just two days out of high school, Paul was given a list of 250 clients, a rotary telephone, 2 pens, a sheet of paper and one mission statement that keeps him up at night all these years later: “make trade happen.” Paul studied literature at Sonoma State University and is a published writer and sports fanatic. “I like working with business owners. Of course if the Dodgers return one of my calls I’m out of here.”

DARCIE CARDWELL    Senior Trade Broker IMS Brentwood, CA

Darcie has been with International Monetary Systems for 5 years and covers the East Bay area in CA. She has been married for eight years and is the mother of two great boys, Conner and Corbin. Darcie came from the travel services industry and was most recently a wedding coordinator for Four Points Sheraton.

BARB MARTIN              National Sales Manager IMS Columbus, OH

Vice President & Branch Manager, Columbus OH, Barb started out as a sales person for Art Goehring back in 1984. Art immediately recognized her potential and groomed her for a much larger role as the director of all operations for TradeCorp. Over the years Barb has signed up hundreds of accounts including national franchises, and is now responsible for IMS's daily operations in Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Indiananapolis, Louisville, Washington DC, Baltimore and Arlington.

CHARLIE LEHMAN   Regional Sales Manager, IMS Columbus, OH

Charlie has been associated with IMS since August 1999. He is currently developing the Cincinnati and Dayton marketplaces. Charlie earned the designation of Certified Trade Broker (CTB) in 2003. Throughout his career Charlie has been involved in sales and sales management in the consumer and service industries. Charlie grew up in Newark, Ohio. He attended OSU where he studied business administration and marketing.

LAURIE BJORKGREN  Senior Trade Broker IMS Columbus, OH

Laurie has been with IMS for six years, receiving her Certified Trade Broker (CTB) designation in September 2003. She brokers accounts in Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and most recently, Louisville. Laurie is married to Bill and they have a blended family of five children.

SUSAN ELECH                  Senior Trade Broker IMS Columbus, OH

Susan started working at Tradecorp in 1993 as a receptionist. She received her Certified Trade Broker (CTB) designation in 1998. She has worked in almost all aspects of trading and is now Senior Broker. Born in Macedonia, Yugoslavia, Susan came to Cleveland, Ohio in 1967 for a visit to meet her grandparents and has been here ever since. She attended Ohio State University, where she met and married her husband of 24 years, Paul. They have two children, Teddy, 22 and Ashley, 18.

BRAD BROWN                              Trade Broker IMS Columbus, OH

Brad has been in business-to-business since graduating cum laude from Ohio University in 1992 with a BBA in marketing. He joined the International Monetary Systems sales staff in November, 2002. After completing his requirements for Certified Trade Broker (CTB) designation in September, 2003, Brad added brokering to his IMS duties. Brad spends a majority of his time with his wife, Julie, of four years and their 17-month-old son, Nathan.

PATRICK PIERCE                  Trade Broker, IMS Columbus, OH

Patrick Pierce has been a broker with IMS for 5 years. He grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and spent two years at the University of Dayton majoring in computer engineering. Patrick recently graduated from Ohio Dominican University, on the dean¹s list, with a BS in business administration. In 2003 Patrick received the designation of CTB. He is currently working toward his MBA. Patrick was married in January, 2004.

BETTINA GRAY                Office Administrator IMS Newington, CT

Bettina Gray is the IMS office administrator in Newington, Conn. She graduated cum laude from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and organization. Bettina has been a part of the barter industry since 1994, receiving her CTB designation in 1995. Her hobbies include gardening, hiking, traveling, and most importantly, spending time with her family, friends, and pets.

HEATHER LOMBARDI            Trade Broker, IMS

Heather Lombardi has "officially" been in the barter industry for 5 years; "unofficially" she has been stuffing clients statements since she was 8 years old! She received her CTB certification in 2002 at the Atlanta NATE conference. Heather has studied at Briarwood College in the field of Business Management & has graduated many courses in Leadership & Team Building. On the weekends, she enjoys spending time working on her new house, & playing with her 2 beautiful children..
